We will provide an or Un response via email. You can either provide us with a link to view the item or email us photographs.
We put in the same level of research into the Evaluation as we do a Full Report, so you can be sure our findings are thorough.

Full Report

For a full ation report to be completed, we require the item to be sent to our HQ - The Handbag Clinic, Unit 10 Hobson Industrial Estate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE16 6EA for the ation to be carried out by one of our specialists. Sending the item using a tracked and insured service is recommended as we can't be liable for loss or damage during transit.

Once you have purchased the ation Service, you do not need to do anything else until you receive our instructions how to proceed via email.

PayPal Orders

Please note, any orders placed using PayPal will automatically register your PayPal email address for all future correspondence, so please ensure you have access to that account before making payment, as we cannot then provide our service to an alternate email address without confirmation from the registered PayPal address.
